Prices

​

Monthly deep clean prices start from £175 per day & include all professional products equipment and insurance. One-off deep cleans start from £230 per day and include all of the above.

 

Customer satisfaction

 

If there is any aspect of our work that you're not happy with please get in touch ASAP and within 24 hours of the clean and I will rectify this as soon as I can. I do not give refunds.

 

Before I start cleaning

I will view the property to discuss your requirements and assess the amount of work involved, this also gives us a chance to meet each other before the clean and allow me to have a better understanding of the layout of your home and the products & equipment I will need for the clean. I will email you a quote detailing all of the cleaning to be carried out and a price for the work.

 

On the day

I will arrive to clean with all products and equipment, access to the property will have been discussed prior to the cleaning day. Tidying up does take time away from cleaning but we always factor in a small amount, I will always do my best to clean under/around large furniture items however I am unable to move very heavy/large pieces of furniture such as wardrobes and sofas if there is an item a furniture you would like to cleaned behind/under your welcome to move it before the clean.

large overhead shower heads can be unscrewed if you'd like to do this before I come I will clean and descale them ready for you to replace afterwards

  • TV screens will be dry dusted I do not use any products on these 

  • I am not trained or insured to clean ovens and 

  • I'm unable to clean properties where there is an infestation (eg rodents/Fleas)

 

Client responsibility

 

The property must be accessible keys, alarms etc will have been discussed prior to the cleaning day. You must inform us of any delicate surfaces or damages you are aware of before cleaning including any loose fittings or fixtures. We are 100% pet-friendly and love your furbabies but for our safety, any pets that aren't friendly please make sure they're secure for the duration of the clean. Please try and give us as much notice as possible if you have holidays booked and won't require your cleaning as this gives us the opportunity to advertise a one-off space. 

 

Payment

Full payment is required on the day of the clean I use a Starling Business Account for payments and send these details out on the evening of each clean. Repeatedly late payments will unfortunately result in termination of services. Invoices are provided on request.

 

Photos & social media

 

I sometimes take before and after photographs for my social media business pages, I asked permission for these at the time of sending the quote. I use these on my social media pages as advertisement for my work. As always this is at your discretion and I never show any personal items such as photograph. Also if any cameras are present in the home,please inform us of locations. 

 

Confidentiality

All my work is confidential, I will not tell anyone I clean for you. I will not discuss any aspect of my work for you with others and the information given (gate codes, key box codes) will never be given out any keys given are kept in a key safe box and only taken out on the day of the clean.

 

Booking fee

I have started taking a 50% non-refundable booking fee for one off deep cleans and new regular monthly deep cleans (on the first visit only) as these have become very popular and the booking fee secures your slot/date. It's non-transferable to another customer/date or property and if you cancel the clean /slot you'll lose your booking fee.

 

Working hours

I work Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9:30 and 5 pm not including bank holidays. I keep Fridays free for deep cleans and admin I occasionally take holiday/time off but I will always give ample notice.

 

Cancellations

​

We all know life happens but if you need to cancel your clean please let us know with as much notice as possible any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will be charged at full price and payable before your next booked slot.

 If there is anyone in your household who is too ill to go to work/school please contact us ASAP to cancel your clean.

 If I am unable to gain access to the property as arranged, the clean will be charged at full price.
